Case management

C.A.S provides free culturally relevant services in the most efficient and responsive manner to African immigrants usually with multiple complex needs. Our approach to the African immigrant community rests on our values, our own experience as immigrants and professional skills.

The focus of our case management is on 

• enhancing transitional, problem- solving, and coping capacities of new immigrants
• creating and promoting the effective and humane operation of systems that provide resources and services to the newcomers
• linking newcomers with systems that further provide them with resources, services, and opportunities
• advocating for improvement in the scope and capacity of those delivery systems offering public benefits
• contributing to the development and improvement of the overall community
